How long does a flat roof last?
Depends on the system, but a properly installed membrane roof usually holds up 20 to 30 years.
Repair or replace?
If the deck’s still solid and the damage is in one spot, repair is usually the smarter money. We’ll say so if that’s the case.
Do you work in winter?
Most systems can go down year-round here, weather depending. We’ll tell you if a job needs to wait for better conditions.
