Flat roof replacement, recover or repair?
An aging flat roof does not always need to come off. If the deck and insulation are dry and sound, a recover may be practical. If moisture is trapped below the membrane, covering it only hides the problem. We inspect the assembly before recommending repair, recover or tear-off.
When replacement is the answer, we remove what’s failed, fix the deck where needed, and install a new EPDM, TPO or modified bitumen system with tapered insulation for drainage. It’s built for Ontario freeze-thaw winters and backed by our full two-year warranty and five-year maintenance plan.

How do I know my flat roof needs replacing?
Widespread ponding, blisters, seam failures and recurring leaks are common signs. A free inspection shows whether the problems are isolated or affect the whole roof assembly.
Which is better: tear-off or recover?
If the deck and insulation are dry, a recover can be excellent value. If moisture is trapped underneath, tear-off is the only honest option.
How long does a flat roof replacement take?
Most residential jobs take days; larger commercial roofs are phased. Either way, your building stays watertight overnight.
