I contacted Esmat at Legacy Roofing to have an roof replacement on my 39’ trailer. Esmat and his crew were very efficient and professional through the whole process. He was always in contact with me updating on what was going on. The days of construction, the staff were curious and very efficient. They cleaned up after each step and explained to me what they were doing. The final day, Esmat went over everything again and assured me that the roof should not leak and if there are any issues to call. I am very pleased with this company, and highly recommend them. Thank you Esmat and crew, great job!

Esmat and his crew did a great job replacing the flat roof on my house and workshop. The quality of his work and professionalism were excellent.They showed up when expected, did the work quickly, and cleaned up the site when complete.I would recommend them for any of you residential flat roof work.

I had an issue with my commercial Flat metal roof Leakage since long time and it was repaired by several handyman.I got disappointed using the services, one day I saw the video onYou-tube and got inspired to give them a call.I got in touch with Esmat Rashid of Legacy roofing and explained him of my concern and the pain of roof leaking, Esmat booked the inspection immediately and rushed to pair the roof, he was very good at counseling and advising me, we decided to take action ASAP.Esmat was able to accommodate me and sent me the Quote.I could not believe to see the quote and realized that why I could not find him earlier, he finished the quality work on my roof and offered me the after sales support.What a peace of mind to find the honest and professional roofer.God bless you Esmat.I strongly recommend Esmat to give him a call for inspection and you will never be disappointed.

Highly recommend – great experience with Esmat!I contacted Legacy Flat Roofing because of a leak in our garage. We have a balcony with a ceramic tile floor above our garage and a gutter along the front edge of the balcony. It was not clear whether the gutter or the ceramic was the source of the leak.Esmat responded to my email very quickly and called to arrange a visit to my home later the same day. He then tested the gutter and balcony and successfully diagnosed the source of the leak (which, it turns out, is a ceramic tile issue rather than a roofing/gutter issue). Since ceramic is not his specialty, he referred me to another company that does specialize in ceramic and said he would assist further if the ceramic company is unable to resolve the issue.I was very impressed by Esmat’s responsiveness, willingness to take the time to identify the underlying problem and (since the issue relates to our ceramic balcony floor rather than the roof/gutter) to refer me to a ceramic company. We’ll certainly be calling Esmat for any future roofing needs and greatly appreciate his honesty, helpfulness and professionalism! Thank you!

A shout out to 'Legacy Flat Roofing' came out and fixed my roof problem that could have developed very quickly into a much bigger problem. Esmat was great. Really happy with my new porch roof - they provided a fast, fair estimate with details on the work. Communication in the weeks leading up to install was excellent, and they went out of their way to adjust the plan to our older home's needs. Went above and beyond to get things complete before winter, and cleaned up afterwards.

Legacy roofing were friendly and professional. Really quick response time and very flexible with when they do their work. We had schedule a day for the repair however Esmat saw that it was going to rain heavily before then so he made time for us to ensure our roof was repaired before the heavy rainfall. Over the top impressed by Esmat! I had three quotes for what I had expected to be a flat roof replacement on my home.Two of the three roofing contractors informed me that I needed to replace the roof to have the leaking stop.Fortunately I met Esmat, he was honest in telling me that the flat roof had a large amount of life left in it, and only a simple repair needed to be made.Esmat made the repair and has fixed my roof leak. Over the top impressed by the professionalism and honesty as he could have easily sold me a roof. Thank you and I will certainly refer you to anyone I know in need. Thank you again!

I would highly recommend Legacy!! I sent RFQs out to 3 flat roofing companies and he was the only one that responded. He was very upfront & apologetic about the potential long lead time for the work to be done, but then fit us in earlier when he had a cancellation. He was professional when he came out to view the damage, made two follow up calls after significant rainfalls to ensure we were satisfied prior to invoicing. It was very nice to deal with someone who seemed to care about the customer and his work.

On December 23rd, 2013 Legacy Flat Roofing and Sheet Metal installed a new 700 sq. foot flat roof over an addition on our residence. I was concerned as the flat roof has a slight slope and needed to be properly tied in to a shingled roof. They arrived as promised and worked throughout the day in cold weather. The crew was polite and professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing and clearly took great pride in their work. They cleaned up the work area and when they left that night we had a quality product as promised.

I have no hesitation in recommending Legacy Flat Roofing and Sheet Metal as a professional, dependable company who delivery a high quality product as promised. Thank-you for the positive experience.
